Proper hygiene

Do not clean your teeth with a toothpick in public. In other words, do not so at the dinner table. That is revolting and offensive to other people. Clean your teeth in the toilet.

Brush your teeth at least three times a day. Brush after every meal and before going to bed. Brush in the mornng after getting up.

Use a soft toothbrush and toothpaste like Colgate.

How to brush your teeth:

Brush every tooth, one at a time.

Brush with slow circular motions.

Be sure to brush above and below the gumlines.

Brush all surfaces: front, back and top.

It should take at least three minutes to brush your teeth properly and thoroughly.

Floss at least once a day. Never floss in public.

Teeth must be claned by a dentist at least once a year. Teeth should be checked by a dentist every year. See a reputable dentist.
